Returns
The pieces are non-returnable or exchangeable. Only if the product arrives incorrect or broken will the correction be made and a new one will be sent to you at no additional shipping cost. You must request the exchange within 3 days of delivery of the purchased items.

Once the pieces are delivered, PIU by Nicole is not responsible for orders: lost, stolen or delayed in the postal mail.
Packages that cannot be delivered due to address errors misspelled by the customer will be returned to our mailbox.
